Our friends at THE BOD have dropped five sweet little snacks that’ll keep you full, satisfied and avoid stuffing your face with peanut butter straight outta the jar . . . again.

Listen, no one said you had to bust out the Masterchef moves to eat well and fuel your bod. With just 3 ingredients and 20 minutes you’ll be stuffing your face with chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients

360g banana (about 2 large ‘nanas)

½ cup cacao powder

1 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180℃.

  2. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.

  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve brownies with berries and coconut yoghurt (or just, you know, eat ‘em outta the pan.)

Serves 3
Per serve: 3g Protein; 3g Fat; 15g Carbohydrate
